Umeed for Animals Foundation, is an 80-G registered animal rehabilitation center based in Gurgaon, with over 90+ rescue and abandoned animals plus new rescues everyday.
Our major appeal for funds is towards our new rehabilitation center that caters to a larger number of rescued animals, with a fully equipped medical unit for our inhouse vets, a dedicated section for rehabilitating wildlife, plus staff accommodation
We need to secure enough financial aid so that the building and construction of the same can be finished as soon as possible.
Recently we had to accommodate 64 dogs from Noida's Earthlings shelter in an emergency as their shelter got flooded during heavy monsoon. 100s of dogs have drowned and the ones saved were sent to other NGOs.
Our new center's construction is still going on and we need full support.

Purpose:
We have to relocate our animal rehabilitation center and construct a new center with proper medical facilities. and a comfortable stay for the rescued animals. We do not have electricity in our current center and our place is now still recovering from the rain storms: We want to continue rescuing and treating more and more needy animals.
Utilization of the funds raised through the Campaign
The funds raised will be utilized in the building in the following manner:
Postoperative care section, X-ray machine, and other Veterinary equipment - INR 13,00,000
Dog’s stay area - INR 2 50,000
Stay area for dogs with special needs. Paya, old, Blind, etc) and hydrotherapy pool - INR 3,50,000
Large animals are, Cattery, Pig 5 Wildlife le INR 5,00,000
Operational systems like Solar connection, DG power back-up for a veterinary clinic, CCTV, Plumbing
and Sewage work, Electrical work, Tree e plantation, etc.- INR 11,00,000

Umeed has experience with co-ordinating with Wildlife Associations for special on-site rescues.
We are currently taking care of 90+ rescue animals at our Rehabilitation centre, which includes dogs, cows and pigs.
