With several global and national movements to empower and uplift women, we still see a lot of women being marginalized and on the vulnerable side of society. Creation Welfare Society strives to reach out to those women in need and collaborate with them to make them realize their worth by empowering them to be financially stable and become joint stakeholders in earning livelihood for their family members and bringing change to the community.
We are also striving for the other vulnerable sections of our society who have been impacted by the Coronavirus Pandemic to a long halt. We are working with farmers and students in Bihar who are tremendously affected by the pause, climatic adversities and a shift towards online platforms. Team members of Creation Welfare Society are relentlessly working with more than 10,000 farmers and 1,000+ school students to strengthen and stabilize them for better lives and a better future.

Creation Welfare Society (CWS) is not for profit organization registered under the Indian Society Registration Act XXI of 1860. CWS was founded by like-minded professionals from Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, Medical and Law to contribute to the growth and development of the poor and marginalized so that they could be brought back to the mainstream of society. CWS has a geographical presence in the states of Bihar, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
The thematic focus of CWS includes Livelihood, Financial Inclusion, Skill development, Food Security, Health, Agriculture, and Education.

The mission of the organization is “To provide livelihood and social security services at the doorstep of every poor household to ensure their financial sustainability that will ensure the creation of an environment where they can choose among the alternatives available to them”.
