Friendicoes SECA is home to close to 2000 animals across it's multiple centres. Apart from these we also provide medical care & shelter to close to 500 animals who are in transit and recuperating from injuries and illnesses between our Delhi and Gurgaon hospitals. We run 6 different programs - Rescue, Animal Birth Control, Adoptions, Mobile Equine Clinic, Our running budget for a month is 1 crore plus and we struggle to raise this amount every month.
We are hoping to be able to raise at least 20% of our monthly budget with support from participants at the VDHM apart from spreading awareness about the plight of animals, both strays & pets, in our country.

| Animal Birth Control Program | Friendicoes is committed to carrying out the Animal Birth Control (ABC) program in different parts of Delhi NCR, with or without local municipal support. Presently we do 7000 spay/neuters every month. | |
| Adoption Program | Every year Friendicoes rehomes around 150 dogs & cats. Abandoned pets, rescued strays and orphaned puppies & kittens are rehabilitated to loving homes and families. | |
| Large Animal Food Sponsorship | Friendicoes is home to over 500 rescued cattle, donkeys, horses, mules and camels. These animals are rescued from different situations like accidents, cruelty cases, owner surrenders and abandonments. | |
| Ambulance Service | Friendicoes runs 4 ambulances for distressed strays between Delhi & Gurgaon. While a small percentage of rescuers are able to pay a minimum rate for the ambulance it is by and large a free service. |

Friendicoes SECA (Society for the Eradication of Cruelty to Animals) is a Registered Non-profit Charity (Registration no. 10188 under the Societies Registration Act 1860) dedicated to animal welfare and care. We are the oldest animal hospital cum shelter of Delhi (date of registration: April 23, 1979) and have been providing services to the animals of Delhi NCR, and Gurugram, for 44 years through hospitals, animal shelters, mobile clinics and providing dedicated veterinary help and care.
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and care for all abused, sick and injured animals, large and small, left to fend for themselves in the streets. In 2020, even during the raging pandemic, over 30,000 animals received treatment and care at our shelters and in 2021 our footfall exceeded 38,000 animals, most of them unowned street strays or abandoned pets. In 2022 we cared for close to 40,000 animals.
Friendicoes is recognized by the Animal Welfare Board of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests, and accredited by C.A.F, USA, and Give India.
