To make migrant youth lives more fulfilling with financial stability and better livelihood opportunities, SADRAG Organization aims to empower individuals by training and skilling them under Sarthak Livelihood Program.
The Challenge: Educated Unemployment
The Economic and Social Research Council's study highlights the problem of educated unemployment in U.P. Graduates, armed with education, are struggling to secure salaried jobs, leading to an abundance of educated individuals waiting to join the active workforce. This scenario necessitates urgent action to bridge the gap between education and employment.
Our Vision: Skill Development and Opportunities
Our proposed project is set to make a lasting impact in Gautam Budh Nagar, a district in Uttar Pradesh that houses fast-developing industrial towns, including Noida and Greater Noida. These towns are home to a mix of local and migrant populations, both of which face challenges in accessing quality skill development and employment opportunities.

• Training Infrastructure: Our Center, located in Nagla Village, is equipped with IT facilities and aims to provide support to migrant youths. We are currently seeking the operational costs of the center as well as the expenses related to hiring trainers. Our estimated monthly running cost for accommodating and training 40 migrant youths is 50000.
• Affordability: Subsidizing the costs of IT training programs, certifications, and software for those with limited financial means.
• Curriculum Development: Designing a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the IT industry's demands, ensuring that graduates are job-ready.

SADRAG is a not for profit organization having been in existence since 2004. It is currently working in the geographical areas of North: Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Dadri and rural communities of Western U.P. and in the South: Bangalore.
With a firm belief in equality of life for all, SADRAG envisions a world of dignity and self respect especially for women and children.
Observing the subservient social roles that bind women and hamper their growth, SADRAG envisages a world that has no scope for gender discrimination, where men and women have equal access to opportunities and availability of resources for growth and can participate equally in social and community life. The children should have a free and healthy life that goes with the community and family for mutual growth and development.
